AFTER SERVICE MY CAR IS TOTALLY BROKEN

On the 30 Nov 2012 I took my car in for a Major Service. Reason being my "Fan" did not work, and there were a leak somewhere. The Person in charge then named Shawn, said everything will be sorted out and that the fan etc will be all sorted out.
He phoned me that very same day and said the "Thermostat, Plugs, and everything will be done. Later that day i collected my car, and walk through the workshop and Shawn and one of the workers were in a "huge fist fight" so i rushed out there... Shawn phoned back and said he is very sorry, the invoice will be given to me in time, because it was not available.
Since the begining of April my car just started leaking again, same place- i took it back on the 3rd or 4th and somebody else were in Charge (Clinton) very nice and helpfull- he said everything will be sorted out, leak and all- Later that day when i picked up my car, i was not even near my house the Car just started "Overheating"!!! My car is there again, being worked on... and now my car is totally broken... overheating, a waterbottle leakage... My car is so much worst then it ever was before. I'm lost where to now?? somebody please help me.
