WORST ATTITUDE AND INSULT COMES FROM MANAGEMENT

We booked accommodation at Seagull holiday flats over the easter break and during our stay their was a problem where we had no water we were nt informed by the manager that there was a water problem when they were approached the attitude was "there is no water, its not our problem just make do with what you have they were very unapologetic
I emailed the manager who in turn blamed the municipality and the plumber, he did however offer me a free nights stay off peak season, I did inform him that it would not be feasible for me to travel all the way to Margate check in at 14h00 and check out next day at 9am especially with small children, I said I was offered a Friday night and Sat night stay by the receptionist and that's what I will settle for.

he did not reply to my email so in turn I had sent him my banking details asking him to re-imburse for the one day. This is part of the email he sent me back

"As you know there were a problem with a burst water pipe and everybody suffers and only you made a fuss about it. Its so sad that the blame can be put on somebody, when not even our Municipality wants a break down like that Shame on you to take more than whats necessary
