Failure to replace damaged goods or refund

The Clothing Company produced a batch of corporate t-shirts with the incorrect colour and skew logos. Paul, the director, gave me a written undertaking to correct the mistake and in an email confirmed i would have a credit balance available to redo the job in January this year.

When i contacted them to get the job redone, it was met with all sorts of queries and now they dont want to redo the job as originally promised and also refuse to refund the credit balance of R1800 odd.

Paul's attitude was embarrasing and he was both rude and unprofessional and showed absolutely no regard for the unhappiness of us as a client. I will NEVER use the clothing company again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
