False advertising

We booked our and paid our holiday six months in advance at this place. After we spoke to the guy in charge he assured us we will have a pleasant stay. I was so disgusted at what we got. The place is a dump. They made it look so good and even when we spoke on the phone. There was no privacy as stated my poor kids were exposed to horrific circumstances. We had to leave there the following day. After being very honest that we were led by the nose they still got very ugly and even aggressive. They refuse to give something back of what we paid. After offering to give us something back they turned around and and said we must advertise his place for him then he will refund us. Thats unacceptable
