False Advertising and Disgusting!!!

My fiance? and I booked to stay at this B&B and when we arrived, there were cats eating their breakfast on top of the dining room tables. we were not greeted by anyone, we had to go looking for someone who turned out to be the bar lady. She was rude and started smoking in the reception!
we asked if we could have our money back as we were not going to be staying there and she refused point blank. we tried to reason with her saying that they could keep the deposit but could we have the balance that was paid and were told no.
There was dirt all over the floors, and it was complete false advertising! On the website it looked so quaint and clean!
Disgusting Place!!!
