No service delivery

I ordered an Iphone cover from these guys at the beginning of Feb 2013 and the delivery time was between 5 & 7 working days. About two weeks passed and when i eventually spoke to an agent after holding for what seems an eternity, i was told will dispatch one that same week.

Another week passed and I enquired again and they eventually supplied me with a tracking number to track my goods. This number didn't work on the courier company's site and when i phoned the courier, they told me they have no such item due for shipment.

Long story short, after a number of calls and more promises like we will have your item delivered tomorrow, etc, etc, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY GOODS! This was a birthday present for one of my mates, how embarrassing.
