Poor Service

Its diagusting that such a huge co can think its just fine to mess with peoples time. My Geyser leaked and after calling Auto and General Insurance, ( who was very good) they put 24Fix onto me..Disgusting service started, Promises, promises, Geyser not available. From supplier (Is this the only geyser or supplier that can be used), breakdown of vehicle... after installion, find out water is not getting warm..I called again early morning at 7am to be told Tulani (subcontractor) can only come 13h30 (apparently busy with a job..Ya Right...)..This is now four to five days no warm water and still waiting... Auto and General... Please get yourself a different provider because people like 24Fix will make you lose clients
