I dont care if your boss is on holiday!!!

On the 6th of December 2013 I stopped at E-Car to have a look at the rear tires. The car was fixed and we drove to Marloth Park, Kruger National Park on holiday and to visit relatives. On arrival my cars brakes failed and on fixing it we realised that the brakes were not properly fastened after the worked on it at E- Car. causing the brake fluid pipe to rip apart.
E-Car was immediately contacted and they agreed to refund us for the inconvenience of having to fix the car due to their negligence and for ruining our holiday of 4 days.
On arrival back 11th we stopped at E Car and spoke to the mechanic who worked on the car. On the 13th I emailed all invoices through to them and on the 8th Jan 2014 went to them again, because they have not responded. Only to be informed that their boss is on holiday and he is handling the refund and they don't have anything to do with it. I have to wait until he returns at the end of the month. I asked them to have their boss call me asap because not ONE employee can tell me when they will refund me. I have received no phone call, no email. There negligence could have cost lives!! this is unacceptable!!
