Chaos on invoice and statements conflicting values

The invoices received in the post and statements have conflicting values in terms of what is due on the expiration dates. Called the call center and they have different values and have to check two separate systems, one an Etoll system and another a CRM system to verify what is being recorded. Further to that they cannot provide an itemised billing in time.
