Non Delivery of Goods

In December 2013 I ordered a number of Gazebos, from Boss Tents In Durban. They delivered some of the stock and confirmed that the remainder of the order would be received as soon as they had received their stock from their supplier. It is now more than a month later and I still do not have the remainder of my goods. Please note that the full amount was paid to this company immediately after the order had been placed. I have been following up on a daily basis with this Company and their response is to either tell me that will get right back to me with an answer or whenever I contact them, they say the person responsible for the order is not available. I am frustrated and I do not know which course of action to follow. The company is based in Durban and I am based in Pretoria, therefore I am not able to go to their office and confront them directly.
