Do not use these guys at all

I purchased CDJ900 with a DJM900 Mixer including a travel case.

I was supposed to get my stock delivered to me on the same day, the company then sent the goods with a free parcel that would be sent to me for the promotion that they had on during the Festive season.

The goods were sent to Durban From Cape Town, they then asked me to pay 4500 for the delivery of the stock (bear in mind that the Delivery was free of charge), so I then went and paid the 4500, and still haven't heard from them nor have I received my stock! So I was on the phone trying to get hold of them for two days straight not getting through to them at all! When I did get through they want me to pay another 3000 on top of the 13500 that I have already paid (9500 for my goods, 4500 for delivery, 3000 for delivery), now I have had enough.
They are adamant that I have to pay the extra 3000 to get my goods, in my understanding I still have to receive my order without having to pay anything, the extra stuff they have sent me has nothing to do with my initial order.

This is such a good example of doing very bad business.
