I am a not so proud owner of a "NEW" bmw that as always (THIRD car) had to go back time after time for a small defect usually electronic. Even if you send the piece of junk to the bmw head office they cannot own up to their mishaps. My car came back from them and the brake that was giving me problems was mysteriously fixed by itself as they could not find the problem. I then changed the car for a new one only to sit with the same frustration that they cannot fix a car the first or second or even third time. It is a miracle that after countless times over the last few years' bad service in one afternoon they can sort it out or so they say. This is so frustrating that the sale staff that is world class is not being supported by the workshop. I had to cancel my family holiday last night due to this impossible situation. I am so sorry I ever bought a motor vehicle from bmw.
