Car been in for 6 times for same thing

My car has 53000 km on kia soul its brakes has been done over its disks has been sceemed a new cluhtsplate has been put in and still my car is not fixed. Its been making a noise from last year june when I brake and a wisstle sound in bonnet, I have booked my car in for 6 times now always taking at least 2 days but never comes back fixed. The las time my car was at workshop for 3 weeks, I have kids and was without a car, when I got it back last week it was even worse the sound it makes when you brake is still there and it gets stuck in reverse 1st and 2cond gear I can't use my car now at all. It was never like this I just want my car fixed I even have a extended warranty which hasent even started. Please please please assist me!! According to jaques from menlyn my car is fixed. I have send 5 emails to kia headoffice to Jessica and still no response she was supose to phone me back teusday already, phone more than 6 times left messages nocall has been returnes. I even phoned Sharome who is apparently the manager and lef 5 messages over the past week she just never returns my calls and when I phone they are never availible!
