1stly I need to emphasize how important customer service is to me compared to the cost of the vehicle service. I own a 2011 GWM H5 and reside in Johannesburg. On a few occasions I have had to change the dealership because of poor service. My cell phone actually went missing at one of the dealerships & on another occasion, the dealership that I regularly went to couldn't fit me in, forcing me to get the service done at Bosch - only to find out later that Bosch is not an accredited GWM service provider & now I dont have a warranty on my vehicle. This means I need to take extra care of the van. Being on holiday in Pinetown during December, we needed to do the 70 000km so I phoned &got a booking for the 3/1/2014.My husband brought in the vehicle & dealt with Brian from your service department. We received 5* service from Brian & were highly impressed with his attention to detail on the feedback given with regards to the things we asked him to look into. He took the time to explain what was done on the van & why. We also enquired about the 80 000km major service that will be due & he was so polite to advise us on the costs involved and what will be done. Hats off to Brian from GWM Pinetown
