Continuing to charge long after cancellation

I cancelled my membership in October. Zoosk acknowledged this cancellation. Then charged me menbership again. When i disputed it, they said that i only cancelled in Dec. When i argued this, they aknowledged and said they would refund in December. I have yet to get a refund. I also asked them to remove my profile as it is damaging to my relationship. They failed to do this. I e mailed again on 12 Jan, asking them when i wil be refunded and my profile removed. No response to date. why must i beg for my money and my privacy to be respected?
