I Ordered a dress for my flowergirl on 03/12/2013. Made the payment in full.By 20/12/2013 I emailed the lady and asked for a tracking number on my parcel and no reply. Only to receive a reply on 08/01/2014. Lizelle blames the post office. (To my knowledge every parcel has a tracking number and it can't be lost) She said she will make a new dress and deliver the following week on Monday or Tuesday via Fastway. I phoned Lizelle today only to reach the voice-mail.

I don't think I'm going to I'm get my flowergirls dress in time for my wedding on the 1st Feb 2014.

Feel free to use Kokos Kids services but don't expect you order to be delivered as they promise within 4 -6 weeks.
