Good day
Kindly note that I have ordered a parcel from Israel. It was at the Tshwane Hub from the 27th of Nov-13 up to the 7th of Jan-14. Then they have send it to Rustenburg for 1 day (the delivery address) and then immediately returned it to the Tshwane hub with the message return to sender. It is currently @ JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). I have phoned Rustenburg Post Office and they could not help me and I have tried to phone JHB Hub they do not answer the phone.
Kindly advise what needs to be done.
