Can SOMEONE make up their Mind?

Last week I got a call from CCD saying that they will be delivering my card today, and with that I need to have my relevant documentation etc. So I confirmed everything that I needed to, making sure that I would be prepared.
I then got a call this morning saying that the card will be delivered tomorrow, which I did not accept, and told them I expect my delivery today. 5 minutes later I get another call saying that it will be done today between 2 and 5. So that I was okay with, but said I leave work at 4.30 and would like to have it before then, all was taken care of.
Then half an hour later I get another call saying that the card will be delivered tomorrow (Thursday) and not today, so I was now confused, because I had just managed to sort this out.
I will be honest, I do not have tolerance to deal with incompetence, so I let it rip, a little. And requested that a manager call me back between 12 and 12.30, to which I only get a call at 13.30, and HOUR after I had requested, but yes, my card will be delivered today (message received via voice mail). So I call them back to confirm and once again, now they say tomorrow.

I mean REALLY!!! Can you make up your MIND and stop this $h1#
