3 weeks no feedback after order. No way to contact

I ordered the products after reading an article and following a link to their site: [URL Removed] I made the payment and expected something, maybe an email. This was on the 24/12/2013. I gave them two weeks, since they have a button called RUSH MY ORDER. 3 weeks later and I've received nothing. I tried their email: [Email Removed] and phone: 27-105003677 but their email is undeliverable and phone number "is not on the MTN network" or something.

I'm starting to think I was. It cost an awful lot.
