2 Different prices before going thru gantries???

Could Sanral explain to me why the price difference before you go thru the gantries.
We went to Monte Casino a week ago and I noticed the price of R4.99 and then just before the gantry, the
board shows the price of R4.20??? Now which price am i going to pay? R4.99 or R4.20 or are you adding the figures together to bill a person of R9.19? Why is this? An explanation regarding the prices could clear up
a lot of roadusers anger towards SANRAL!!!
