5 invoices for one days travel

On the 4th of December I went from Fourways to Soweto offramp and back. This appeared to flag 5 gantries. Costs ranged from approx. R4 to R6 per gantry. So a round trip would cost me about R30. Shocking. Now the fun, on Monday 13th December I get 4 invoices and another on the 15th. All for this 1 day of travel. Amount reflected R84. When going to an E-toll office I was told that this "interest" was clearly published in the press. IF you don't pay within 7 days of receiving an invoice cost will go from R6 to R18. A 200% additional cost. Man helping didn't even care, quoted this like it was law so tough. I received invoice a month after actually using gantry, now how does the 7 day payment rule work with that? Guess I will be one of many who will meet Sanral in court.
