Model Mania
Arrogant & Rude

I took my son to Model Mania in December 2013. He had recently bought a RC petrol car and needed advice and spares. Once the owner at the store heard that my son bought his RC Car at Montana Traders, he told my son that his HSP car was the "biggest " one can buy (although there was a HSP model for sale in the shop!). Very disappointed and a bit offended with the owner's attitude, my son went back to traders and changed his car to a brushless electric motor. He again went to Model Mania on 08/01/2014 to ask if they could order spares (which traders did not have), but the owner blatantly refused to assist. When my son wanted to ask for advice on a similar RC Car, the owner kept on asking "what's in it for me" stating that "time is money" and that we were basically wasting his time. I have never in my life met such an arrogant and rude person. My son is only starting to love the RC model sport, and hopefully future encounters with hobbyists might be more positive and encouraging.
