I made an appointment yesterday for today at five, i find that no one had booked my appointment when i arrived, and that i should return another day, it's absolutely ridiculous service. Please can you explain to me why all your telephone numbers have been engaged for hours, is it that no one may ever complain? I am at my last tethers with such a simple task not being met. I leave the country in 3 days, and i'm met with a response saying i should come back another day, so exactly when should i use my gift card? When should i return? When do you finally agree that your service is that of child's play? How big of a task is making a single booking that no one can get this correct, you explain to me if you cannot make a simple booking, how is your actual service, probably awful!
