Faulty Online auction and bad service

On the 9th of January i was on the Durban online action, and did bidding on a Smart ForFour they had, the website only accepted one of my bids and after that each time i bid it says my bid is invalid! In the end the buttons turned gray and the car was sold at a price a was prepared to beat with my bid, I AM FUMING RIGHT NOW! i immediately proceeded to call SMD Durban and each time they put me through to the sales floor i got cut off! 5 times that happened!
