Illegal operating

I have not and will not register for e-tolls. I have received a threatening email every 20 minutes since 9am this morning. I have tried to block the sender... no such luck! 7 emails so far and counting (not harassment at all!)
What you are doing is not legal, and clearly from all the complaints it wont be long before Sanral and its illegal e-tolls see their backsides! I have signed and accepted NOTHING! and I do not use the Toll road as I work 2 blocks from where I live. I would like to know where you have managed to my email address from???
