Bradley Snyders=Empty promises=DURATHERM geysers

I had the disgrace to deal with this incompetent individual today, to replace a Duratherm geyser that is till under warranty. Bradley Snyders was making empty promises since 13:00 today to get the geyser replaced. He got so good at lying, that he belives himself. He promised to get a plumber to replace the unit as well as following up on the matter without any success.
