Being billed for cars that aren't ours

Under protest, we bought e-tags for our cars back in April 2013.

In October we had some changes to our cars and went into the Cedar Square Etoll branch, spending over an hour to update our details and received a printed document to confirm this was done.

We are now receiving charges for cars that are no longer ours, which are increasing every day.

So another trip to an Etoll shop is on the cards. Why can't they get it right?
