I cannot believe Telkom and Selldirect! A joke!

Very eager to sell a contract to me, would have delivered to my work in 7 days. Its 3 weeks. I went to Telkom, they don't have a clue about the contract! What is this?
I expect somebody to call me urgently! And I am not going to accept anything, I want this cancelled! Immediately!
