Sent a parcel via speed services on 20 December 2013, was promised that it would reach the recipient by Monday the 23rd of December... However, 01 Jan 2014 and the parcel is still stuck at the Pretoria Courier Branch!! Why pay so much money if the post office cannot keep their word! I'd rather use Postnet or a courier company and pay more than to be stuck with such unreliable service! Your service SA Post Office!
