Sa Post Office
Parcel stuck @ Tshwane (Hub)

Good afternoon,

An acquaintance sent my mother in law a plain calendar from Europe. According to the SA post office tracking site the parcel has been stuck at the Tshwane (Hub) no since 6th of December 2013.

I have the feeling that something is really wrong. I don't think any package should take this long. Parcel number is RI272761015ZA
