I am highly disgusted with the bad service I received at one of my favorite stores. I walked in and was greeted, as always, but as soon as I wanted help, the guy was to my surprise, was on his cellphone taking a personal call about his new years plans and ignored me completely. This is not the first time I got bad service here, but I kept coming back for the wonderful paper they stock... never again!
