Absa
Paper in substitute for R50 note

On Sunday 25 August 2013, I withdrew R 480 with my Capitec card at ABSA ATM in Warrenton in the Northern Cape only to get R430 and a paper that looks like a Absa cheque. As the branch was closed, I phoned customer service (ref Aug 025) and response was I go to Capitec raise it with them they will then talk to ABSA. Taking time to get this resolved seem might cost (a call with my cellphone already cost me something) me more than R50 so, I guess it is apt I simply absorb te loss and hope this paper will be worth something one day.
