False information- can't be trusted

I went this shop on Friday the 3rd May and was given options on cards. Including where one buys paper from them and they charges for cutting. Today I went wanting to buy paper from them and ask them to cut for me which I was previously told it is R3 per page. and I was told they can't help... when I asked why they told me thattthatthis option is cheaper than when I buy a R15 each card from them. How can you promote a service while you can't do it. This is unacceptable.
