Don't let the name mislead you as they are definitely not the only or the best. We handed in our laundry (with a laundry basket) for ironing on Friday, 27 December 2013 and were told that it will be ready for collection on Monday afternoon, 30 December 2013.I went to collect the clothes this afternoon only to be told that they couldn't find the laundry basket. They had the audacity to tell me that I had never brought in the basket I.e that I'm a - they then asked if I could come and collect it later (which I was not willing to do) or wait 30 minutes for them to review video footage of Friday. Only after throwing a tantrum they found the basket and then called me arrogant because how dare I, the customer complain!

Then as I'm leaving in a bit of a huff I hear someone saying that I hadn't paid for the ironing (I had paid). The worst part is we had to take some of the items back to be re-ironed!

I will not recommend their services to anyone!
