Rosi's Laundry
Absolutely the RUDEST place I've ever come across

About 3 weeks ago I again took my laundry in, and was verbally attacked by the staff. I asked them how many loads they suggested, the older guy said 5 and the odler woman said 4. I asked if it was ok I tried 4 and if I need 5 I'll do it. The older guy then turned to the lady and said, "This WOMAN is going to STUFF the machines again" I politely asked if I stuff the machines and he said yes, and then to the older lady "thats why this WOMANS laundry gets white spots", clear enough for me hear and in an extremely rude manner. Weeks ago I asked him why my laundry has white spots on it and he said "before you put the clothes in let the water run in the washing power so it disolves, that was it, nothing about stuffing the machines. I then put my laundry in and waited in my car with my phone alarm on. In 20mins time I suddenly heard this hit against my car door, it was the old man stating "Your laundry is almost done, we need the machines", how rude I thought. I got out collected my laundry, then very softly said to the older man "Thank you, but I will not be requiring this service anymore as I find my experience here too uncomfortable", he said "Yes Yes Just go! " I am absolutely appalled!
