We went to Mosselbay to go and dive at electrodive. Before travelling through from Still Bay we phoned to ask what the water conditions were and they told us it was great between 4-8m viz. When we arrived at their shop we geared up and the deapest dive that we did was 4m next to the harbour wall with children snorkelling above us, it was that shallow. We paid R490 for a feed and saw absolutely no, only plastic bottles and paper in the water (which was a marine protected area). We did not even complete our dive cause there was no and the viz was shocking. We went to Ken and only wanted to know what did we pay for as there was no, we never said we wanted our money back, and he started attacking us, he did not accept our feedback at all. For someone that works in the people industry he needs to focus on the way he speaks to his clients and accept feedback to improve. I will def not recommend anybody to use Electrodive, it is a waste of money! Go to Cape Town and use people like into the Blue or Downsouth as they are stunning and really helpful. Electrodive can learn something from them!
