3d Dive
Cancelled dive trip. Did not return deposit

This is not so much a complaint as a warning. A year ago I went to the dive expo at Northgate Dome and spoke to regarding 3D Dive. They are a SCUBA tourism company that takes people on trips. I was interested in a trip they were offering to KZN south coast. When I phoned their 'office' I was put in touch with Jacques. He sent me a pro-forma invoice and asked for half the money (R2500) up front for the trip. A few days later Jacques phoned me and told me that the trip was off and he would refund my money. After calling a few times on his cell and getting hold of his mother that said 'he's not in at the moment', I gave up and resigned myself to the fact that I had been. Now I see that Jacques has opened up the same operation in Cape Town for the summer. Do not trust this man. 3DDive is an un-reputable company that goes bust at the drop of a hat and leaves it's clients stranded. Only to start up later elsewhere.
