I recently bought an oven, fridge and deep freeze from this company. The oven has a fault, I have not had a service callout for 6 months. I get sms messages from technicians that are not followed up. The oven has very bad hot spots, the on off switch has a delay. The deep freeze arrived with dents. The fridge cheese drawer was faulty [replaced quickly]. I was offered R500 for damaged deepfreeze - a new one was a ridiculous new price[new model] thousands more

I have phoned 3 times for the oven to be repaired with no result. I am a pastry chef needing a completely reliable oven - this is fairly disastrous
