In Oct 2012 me and my husband paid an amount around R30 000.00 to have new cupboards install in our kitchen. The measurements where taken and we where told it takes 6 weeks to build an 3 days to install.we had to wait 2 weeks longer, I had to cancel our family holiday. they arrive at 6 pm on Saterday just to drop all the cupboards off, and they came with glass i didn't want... sandblast was my order they come with clear glass. eventually when they start the cupboards were not build according to the plans, i phoned the lady she is on leave and the one I finely get hold of tells me they are build correct. I say no I have the plans in front of me and she wants to hear nothing ok... just install and leave is my next move. now I have to cut my zink the cupboard is to small. I email the manager on all my queries and she still hasen't replayed me till today. will I ever reccomend Ranch furniture to any one... NO, we paid the whole amount to have a new installed kitchen and 3 months later IT IS STILL NOT FINISHED.
