Insured Parcel not delivered bad client service

Sent a parcel to my son in Australia 7 Dec 2011, it wasn't delivered, I sent and took several copies of the Insured parcel information (CV007015319ZA) to them one numerous occasions but this has still not be resolved. I paid for the parcel to be insured, what is the sense of insuring when you have to fight to be compensated for a lost parcel. Jukskei staff will not give me the head office complaints number or email. After much ado, I now am placing it here hoping it will be resolved before this year is also gone. I have dealt with Catherine and Zanele and Catherine has been very empathetic but that doesn't help to resolve this issue, all I want is what I paid for, which is an insured parcel that hasn't been delivered. We need someone to sort our SAPO once and for all, as no one seems to take responsibility for Client Service or should I say the Client Service we do not receive.
