Perhaps it's silly of me to even mention that I'm now driving my second Peugeot considering the number of problems I've experienced with both my cars. People have discouraged me from buying the french brand, but I have been stubborn, probably for the last time as I never want to experience such car problems again.
However, I wish to applaud the manner and professionalism in the service provided by Peugeot Fourways team. I'm constantly amazed at how enthusiastic, warm and action oriented the team is. Even as you walk in a few minutes before they close, when most likely to be tired and grumpy, Zaharah, the service consultant I've been dealing with has the most beautiful and sincere smile assuring me of her willingness & commitment to excellence. As soon as I've explained my problem, she will find the right person to help me out. And although my problem (Roof Leak since I bought the car in 2012) has not been successfully resolved, I wish to express my gratitude for their wonderful attitude to customer service. I may not buy another Peugeot again, but the Fourways Team has restored my faith in Peugeot Customer Service. So thank you guys for your commitment to your brand & customers.
