A typical example of how your employees can give you company a really bad name. A lady by the name of Louise at Shelf Company Warehouse PTY (LTD) afforded me the most atrocious service. She refuses to point out what is wrong with the form to amend a PTY company - instead keeps returning the form as incorrectly filled in. Upon questioning what exactly is missing - she just returns the form again.

Very rude individual.
Refuses when she feels like - to answer the phone or return calls.

Do yourself a favour - should you need to use this company - ask them NOT to refer you to Louise. You'll never get assistance.

You'll just be guaranteed to have your day spoiled.
