Lack of professionalism and not meeting deadlines

Me and my friend went for a portfolio photos shoot to Unique Shoots on the 17 Dec 2012.
When we did our bookings she did not confirm receipt of payment and she was also unavailable on her phone for a week or so. Eventually we managed to get hold of her and she gave us an excuse that she was working out of the country (SA).
After our shoot she promised to give us previews in a days' time but that never happened only after over a week she sent us 3 photos each that are previews.
From then we have been waiting for disc with full photo shoot, I phoned her on 17 Jan 2013 and she confirmed that my disc will be ready for collection the following day anytime before 15h00 because she only has to copy them on a disc. But last night she mailed me to say the disc will only be ready on Saturday.
