Point And Shoot Photography
PAID FOR PHOTOSHOOT BUT NO PHOTO'S

On October 19th 2013, my fiance and I went on an engagement shoot with a photographer called Charlene Bentley from Point and Shoot Photography who resides in Sandton.

We paid her in full on the day of the shoot and she promised us that we would receive our photo's within 6 weeks. I am writing this complaint on the 5th January 2013 and we have still not received our photo's.

This lady kept on promising to give us our pictures to the point that she said she would post it to us but NEVER did. We have called her, smsed her, facebooked her but she refuses to give us what we paid for.

She even went as far as blocking me on facebook even though we were never facebook friends all in the fear of me exposing her on facebook. She also deleted her facebook page called Point and Shoot photography, all signs of a star.

I am extremly angry and dissapointed in Charlene as she is aware that those were our memories that we made leading up to our wedding but she clearly does not care.

Charlene Bentley from Point and Shoot Photography is a and people should be aware of paying her for her services as she does not deliver on services. She will take your money and run away.
