He takes all your money and disappears!!!

Jaco de Klerk (owner of Cupboards Unlimited in Northern Suburbs, Western Cape) took over R29 000-00 as a deposit to install new kitchen units and promised that the kitchen would be completed within 15 working days. The job was allocated to him mid July 2013. It is now 27 working days later and only 50 % of the work is done. He works alone and has no help what so ever..He smells of alcohol (when he pitched) Measurements are out... cupboards do not fit into the provided spaces. Cut outs for electrical points are haphazardly! He gives no progress reports... says we will see him the next day but does not pitch for 3-4 days!!! He promised not to do any other jobs while busy with my kitchen. NEVER keeps to his promises, does not answer my phone calls or sms's... does not pitch. Will not refund my money!! This man is a... PLEASE BE WARNED!!!
I have no address for him ..all I know is that he lives in Brackenfell somewhere..All I have is his cellphone number and e-mail address. My next step now is to seek Legal Action and to expose him furthe
