Awful service!

Logic dictates that garage shops get busy early in the morning when people are on the way to work. So have enough staff to man your tills, have change in your tills and have smiles on your faces. This morning the Shell garage shop corner Linden Rd and Barry Hertzog Ave in Emmerentia was extremely busy. The staff seem like zombies, can't even greet you never mind smile at you. The queues were long and there were only 2 cashiers on duty, the rest of the staff were drifting around with clipboards! Counting stock! There was no change in the till so I had to wait almost 10 minutes while the manager messed about in the safe getting change. I mean really! Why is there no change in the tills? Surely it is obvious that you are busy at that time. Surly staff, disorganised manager, plus my 3 loaves of bread CRUSHED into a tiny packet that I was charged almost R1.00 for! Sorry but I'd rather drive out of my way than stop there again.
