Disorganised AvonJustine Walkathon Dissaster!!!

I have registered for an Avon Walkathon in August which was to take place on the 27th of October and paid R340.00 for the registration as i was registering 4 people. Had a confirmation that iam within the 18000 that will be receiving the goodie bag.
To my surprise, on the 26th when i went to collect my goodie bags, i was told that the were no goodie bags, not to mention the T-Shirts, all i could get were the numbers. it was such a mess, there were queues all over that small room, the workers themselves not having enough information, some people's registrations could not be found on the system. it was a dissaster.
We paid so much money for just a piece of paper.
I need this issue addressed and taken up with whoever is reaponsible. i want my refund, these are my references - WB-REG-LEBNKA-3432 and WB-REG-QENLIJ-3728.
