Thank you Rhondia for going the extra mile!

In the beginning of the year, I went to Planet nails in s Somerset West (Gants). I enquired about their larger make up cases. They told me that they are out of stock, but they have ordered a few for some of their clients. I asked if they would be so kind and let me know as soon as it arrived so I can come over and have a look at it. They took my details and until today, I haven't heard anything. It's been about 10 months.

So I went to Paarl's newly opened store. They also did not have it in stock. I asked Rhondia if she would be so kind and order it so that I can have a look and see if my makeup will fit in it. She immediately phoned her manager and confirmed if it would be alright. The manager said she will order it for me and once it arrives, I can come over and see if I would like it. In the meantime the case's price was adjusted and more expensive. The manager and Rhondia made sure that we could pay the original price, as it was not our fault that the cases was not available in the first place.
