DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!! Shocking!

I phoned the man the day before and agreed on a bulk price of engraving 5 items. I dropped these off while he was not in. I went to collect the items and he then wanted to increase the price by R100, but 4 of the 5 items were already completed. So I rightfully asked why he had started these when he knew there would be a disagreement on price and he wouldnt give me the items and started yelling at me all sorts of things about how stressed he was and he was doing me a favour(?!) So i asked if he could calm down so that we could discuss it and come to a compromise as he kept throwing the items around and I did not want them damaged. So i asked him if we could discuss this calmly and that he must stop abusing me and he said if he was abusing me I would be on the floor! He said this angryily to a calm woman! Lots of people had stopped to watch him go crazy. I then had to go draw money to pay him the extra just becuase I wanted my items back and to get as far away as possible from this horrible man who had upset me so much. I had various other items which he knew I was coming in to get done later on, needless to say never again. What a way to treat customers! Disgusting service.
