Not upholding a warrenty repai

Pump data didn't up hold a repair service which they told me they would give me a 6 month warrenty, i did the repairs with them and everything was fine then within 2 months after the job had been done the pump started to leak. i called them and asked them to inspect the pump. they then told me that the warrenty is only for one month, then then agreed that the if there parts are faulty the would then do the repairs if there was something else i would pay. i agreed to that. then 2 months has since passed and still nothing has been done. then i called phillip to find out what is going one and he has reffused to offer any service. this is unacceptable service.
